1. How much does shipping cost?

2. How long will my order take to arrive?
We will ship within 1 business day of receiving payment. Delivery takes 1-3 business days within Australia, and 3-10 business days for international delivery. Items are sent via Regular Post. Should you require Express, please contact our team via email.
3. Do you ship to locations outside Australia?
We ship to New Zealand, Malaysia, Singapore, United Kingdom, United States and Canada. Please see Postage & Delivery for postage costs. Shipping to other countries can be arranged by emailing orders@sugarchilli.com.au.
4. Why is my size not listed on the drop-down menu?
Your size is out-of-stock. Backorders can be made by emailing orders@sugarchilli.com.au.
5. How long does it take for new stock/backorders to arrive?
This can vary from 2 weeks to 2 months. We recommend only placing a backorder if you're not in a hurry.
6. Can I return or exchange a product I don't like?
Yes! We offer a 14-day return/exchange policy. Please see Returns & Exchanges for more details.
7. How does Australian sizing convert to UK/US/Eu sizing?

8. What payment methods can I use?
Paypal account, credit card, direct deposit/bank transfer. Please see How to Pay for more details.
9. Can I try products in person?
At this stage we don't have a showroom yet so are unable to accomodate try-ons in person. We do offer a "no hassles" 14 day return exchange polcy though, so you can try it on in the comfort of your own room. Our friendly staff are always available to help you with sizing or any exchange requests your have.
