RETURNS & EXCHANGES

At Sugarchilli, we want our customers to be completely confident with their orders. That’s why we offer our buyers a 14-day return or exchange policy with reasonable terms. Should you be unhappy with any part of your purchase, please don't hesitate to contact us - we are more than happy to help!

Don’t like the style you bought, wrong size or simply changed your mind?
Email us straight away at orders@sugarchilli.com.au (within 14 days of purchase) to let us know whether you’d like a refund or exchange. We will confirm with you whether your item is still in its original condition, whether the size or style you’d like to exchange the item for is available, and also let you know the time frame in which you must return the items. Please note that if you return an item without first contacting us, we have the right not to refund or exchange it (especially if it is not in its original condition or outside the 14 day limit).

Please note that we will not accept any returned products that have been folded inside out.  Do not store bra/bikini by folding the cups inside out under any circumstances. This is especially for the returns and exchanges items.


What products can be exchanged?
As long as products are in their original condition with all original tags, labels and hygiene strips (if any) intact, you can exchange anything! In the case that there is nothing else you like, we'll happily offer you a refund or store credit.

Please note that we will not accept any returned products that have been folded inside out.  Do not store bra/bikini by folding the cups inside out under any circumstances. This is especially for the returns and exchanges items. 

Living overseas?
If a small item such as bottoms don't fit, we offer international customers the opportunity to purchase a replacement bottom/brief at a discounted price, rather than have to pay to send back the original item all the way to us in Australia! This must be done within 14 days of purchase.

Who pays for the postage each way?
You pay for sending the item back to us and we'll pay for sending out the new item to you. Note that all exchanges will be posted out via regular mail. If you want a refund, we will only refund you the retail cost of the item- your initial postage cost is not refundable.

Faulty Products
If the item was deemed faulty, then we'll pay for all postage costs. Contact us within 14 days of purchase. We’ll send you a new one immediately and reimburse you for the cost of sending it back to us.
